Our nutritional analysis includes a detailed 1-on-1 nutritional virtual consultation. In the consultation, we'll go through the ins and outs of nutrition, health and lifestyle. The consultation will be summarised and given to you in a report. We will then conduct 4-5 days' worth of Snap 'N' Send analysis where you can put the information from the consultation into practice with the support of Head Coach Josh who holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University. The information provided within the consultation brings together Josh's knowledge from his higher education qualifications and applied practice work with elite sportsmen/women and sports teams. Each consultation focuses on your nutrition goals, whether trying to improve your health or sports performance!

PGC1-Coaching are proud to offer technique sessions for athletes. This one-hour session will teach you how to warm up effectively, run more efficiently and recover faster from exercise. We use video analysis tools to assess your running form and use running drills to improve your technique.
Alternatively, these 1-on-1 sessions can be focused on intervals where coach Josh will conduct a warm-up and intervals session with you. These sessions will be tailored to your goals and incorporate the training philosophies of PGC1-Coaching as well as some of the technical elements of the techniques sessions.
These sessions are currently available in Daventry free of travel costs. Anything outside these areas will incur an extra 45p per mile travelled. Please get in contact for a price quote.
